ABOUT ME

Artist's StatementBlack Lives Matter. I stand with Black and Indigenous people. My goal is to work solely with companies & people who are actively anti-racist. Our work as artists shapes our culture. Our culture now is unacceptable. I strive to create art that lingers. Fierce, inclusive art that is the change it wants to see in the world. (But not cheesy). (Unless it's camp). I care for people with the stories I tell and the work I do. My art gives more than it takes. Here are some black-owned businesses in LA! Some native-owned businesses! A collection of resources for white allies from the Dismantle Collective (POC lead). More resources from the University of Washington.

Fun Facts! This is what I look like at maximum joy: Picture taken during my semester abroad in France freshman year! One of my proudest moments was independently producing Next to Normal in highschool with my friend Sam. I played Natalie, they played Dan and we donated all ticket sales to The Dougy Center; a grief resource that provides free counseling to children and parents who've lost loved ones. I believe that appreciating all the tiny beautiful moments that make up a day (sheets on skin after a shower, a clean deep breath, brownies with chocolate chips, cheese, etc.) is the secret to having a fabulous life.

It feels so good to be investing in the big picture success of my life and career. I'm having fun auditioning, makin' silly stuff for fun and growing my community of fabulous folks in this city.
